To communicate with you in order to resolve or finalize the matter to which the correspondence relates, including responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form, email, etc. (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data will be processed on the basis of the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest, namely communication with you (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Your data will be processed no longer than until you object or the business purpose ceases to exist. Providing this data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary for communication with you. The data may also be processed during the archiving process for internal purposes, based on the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), until you object or the business purpose ceases to exist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. &nbsp; The conclusion and performance of a contract, and pre-contractual communication regarding matters relating to the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Establishing, defending and pursuing claims, which constitutes the pursuit of the Controller\u2019s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Fulfilment of the Controller\u2019s legal obligations, including tax and archiving obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract will be processed for the duration of the contract, including for the duration of the exercise of rights arising from the contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR). The provision of this data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. Additional data provided for the purpose of, amongst other things, facilitating the performance of the contract will be processed no longer than until you object or the business purpose ceases to exist, based on a legitimate interest in the form of customer service (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data will be processed for the duration of the limitation period for claims arising from the provisions of, amongst others, Article 118 of the Civil Code, and subsequently for an additional period of 12 months based on the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest in defending against claims, as well as for the purpose of establishing and pursuing claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where legal obligations are being fulfilled, the data will be processed for the period during which separate provisions of generally applicable law require the Controller to retain the data. Where the data is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (such as issuing and retaining invoices, or archiving obligations), the data processing period is 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax liability arose, unless the provisions specify otherwise (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR). In other cases where legal obligations are fulfilled, the data retention period is determined by the legislation governing those obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may also be archived for internal and statistical purposes until you object or the business purpose ceases to apply, based on the Controller\u2019s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Administration and management of the website and groups on social media platforms (including Facebook (Meta), Instagram and LinkedIn), in the case of data processing on social media platforms, including communication and the targeting of marketing content (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data provided for the purpose of using the platform will be processed no longer than until you object or the business purpose ceases \u2013 whichever occurs first \u2013 based on the legitimate interest of serving the platform\u2019s users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This data will be processed only if you choose to: like a page \/ join a group \/ select the \u2018Follow\u2019 option or otherwise provide your data on the platform managed by us, e.g. by posting an entry or a comment. The data will be processed for the duration of the page\u2019s or group\u2019s existence or until you object, which may be done by unclicking the \u2018Like\u2019 or \u2018Follow\u2019 options at , deleting a comment or post, or by any other means provided for within the platform or page, or by contacting me. Please note that the rules governing the page\/fan page\/group are set by the Controller, whilst the terms of use for the social media platform on which the page\/fan page\/group is hosted are set by the entity managing that platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Analytical and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(a) or (f) of the GDPR)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I process data for analytical and statistical purposes to better understand how you use my products\/services and how I can develop them. This data may come from various sources \u2013 for example, from analytics tools (if I use a website or app), from customer service systems, accounting software, booking or communication systems, as well as from summaries and reports created for my internal purposes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If I use cookies or similar technologies, I only activate tools other than those that are strictly necessary once you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) via the cookie banner. I process data necessary for the proper operation, security and functionality of the website on the basis of a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). When I do not use cookies , analytical data is sourced from my own systems and is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) for the purposes of compiling statistics, analysing trends and improving services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where possible, I apply pseudonymisation or anonymisation, and reports are aggregated (e.g. number of enquiries, average contact time, most frequently selected service categories), without the possibility of linking them to a specific individual. I process the data until you object or until the business purpose ceases \u2013 whichever occurs first \u2013 and, in the case of consent, until such consent is withdrawn. You have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of my legitimate interest, and, in the case of consent, to withdraw it at any time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Product promotion and marketing (Article 6(1)(a) or (f) of the GDPR)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where you provide me with your data, in particular in the form of feedback, it will be processed on the basis of the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest in marketing, for the purpose of improving the quality of the Controller\u2019s services and products and promoting the Controller\u2019s services and products. This data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the business objectives or until you object. The provision of data is voluntary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Recruitment (Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may be processed for the time necessary for the recruitment process and the conclusion of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). I process data required under labor law on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 22<sup>1<\/sup>of the Labor Code. In the case of additional data provided voluntarily, the basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data may also be used for future recruitment purposes \u2013 on the basis of your consent \u2013 for a maximum period of 3 years, given the recruitment cycle in the industry (this period is calculated from the end of the year in which the application was received). The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, the provision of certain data may be necessary for the recruitment process, as well as for the conclusion of a contract. Failure to provide this data will result in the aforementioned actions not being undertaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Collection of special categories of data (sensitive data) \u2013 Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR<\/strong> <strong><br><\/strong>Special categories of data are collected for the purpose of entering into and properly performing the contract \u2013 on the basis of informed and voluntary consent (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR) \u2013 until the business purpose ceases to apply or consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first. The provision of data is voluntary, but is necessary for the proper performance of the contract (provided that the provision of data is indicated as necessary for the performance of the contract).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of data processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) for the purposes described above, I review the legitimacy of continued storage every 12 months and delete or anonymize data that is no longer required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00a74 To whom may I disclose your data?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I will only disclose your data to other entities where this is necessary to fulfil the processing purposes referred to in \u00a73 and solely to the extent necessary to fulfil that purpose. As a general rule, I collect and process only the data that you have provided to me yourself, subject to data collected automatically or semi-automatically (e.g. online identifiers, system logs, cookies and similar technologies). You can find out more about cookies in \u00a78.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I may transfer your data to entities processing it on my behalf. Data is only made available to other companies or entities where necessary.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I entrust your data to a hosting provider, an IT company or website management provider, an accounting, a company providing invoicing software, a cloud services provider, subcontractors, solicitors, couriers or postal operators, a training platform, a social media platform, an appointment-booking platform, a platform for making products available or providing services, and other entities that assist the Controller in achieving the purposes of processing. Personal data may be disclosed by the Controller to entities authorized to receive it under applicable law, including, amongst others, government agencies, ordinary courts and administrative courts, bailiffs\u2019 offices, notaries\u2019 offices, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a general rule, data will not be transferred outside the EEA, subject to the situations described below. In other cases, where data is transferred outside the EEA, this will be based on your consent, standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided for in the GDPR, once, amongst other things, the information obligation has been fulfilled.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (known as Facebook) and Google Ireland Ltd are carried out by an entity based in the EU; however, given the global nature of the entity\u2019s operations, data may be transferred to the US on the basis of standard contractual clauses or other legal safeguards in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. Regardless of this, these entities have implemented safeguards in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, aimed at protecting personal data, through the use of, amongst other things, standard contractual clauses. Further information on the data processing policies of the aforementioned providers can be found in the privacy policies of each entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00a75 What rights do you have?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, to have your personal data rectified, to have your personal data erased, to restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent to data processing; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. Detailed information regarding the above rights can be found in the GDPR, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). I will, as a rule, respond to your requests within 1 month (Article 12(3) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe that your personal data is being processed in breach of applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. In such a case, however, I encourage you to contact me first to clarify any concerns you may have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00a76 Applicable legal provisions regarding personal data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In matters not covered herein, the relevant legal provisions shall apply, including European law (e.g. the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00a77 Cookie Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whilst using the Website, technical information and online identifiers may be collected automatically, in particular through the use of cookies and similar technologies. This data may constitute personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User\u2019s end device and are intended for use in connection with the Website. This allows me to reach people who have visited my website or shown similar interests with adverts (remarketing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pixel also allows me to measure the effectiveness of my advertising campaigns, for example by checking whether a user has performed a specific action on the website (known as a \u2018conversion\u2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal basis for processing data using these marketing tools is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you give via the cookie banner; the tools are activated once you have given your consent. You can manage your consent at any time via the settings in the cookie banner or the cookie preference centre on the Website. With regard to essential technical functions, I rely on a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting of ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website. GTM does not itself collect or process users\u2019 personal data \u2013 it merely activates other tags that may collect data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If specific tags have been enabled on the website via GTM (e.g. analytics or marketing tags), it is these tags that may collect users\u2019 data in accordance with the principles set out in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal basis for the use of GTM is the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which consists in ensuring the proper functioning of the website and facilitating the management of tools. I use this information to compile statistics that help me improve the website\u2019s performance and tailor its content to users\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For essential technical purposes, I rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Google Ads enables advertising activities, including remarketing, i.e. targeting personalized adverts at Users who have visited my website or shown specific interests. Google Ads uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze user behavior and tailor advertising content. Detailed information on data processing by Google as part of the Google Ads service can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">Google Privacy Policy<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Google Ads Customer Match<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of my advertising activities, I use the Google Ads Customer Match feature, provided by Google Ireland Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer Match feature allows me to tailor my adverts to selected audience groups. To this end, I may send lists containing selected contact details of my customers to Google. Data such as email addresses, telephone numbers, and first and last names are encrypted beforehand. Google compares the data we provide with the data of users who have a Google account. If a match is found, users may be assigned to the relevant target group and receive personalized adverts. Once a match has been made, the encrypted data is automatically deleted by Google. The data controller does not receive any new data or information about individual users from Google \u2013 it receives only statistical information about the size of the target group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal basis for data processing in this regard is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), given via the cookie banner or another explicit action.
